I have set my goals in 4 inch increments (48, 44, 40, 36 and 32) to help me see where I am every couple weeks.
- 52 - 54 (4XL)
- 48 - 50 (3XL)
- 44 - 46 (2XL)
- 40 - 42 (XL)
- 36 - 38 (L)
- 32 - 34 (M)
- 26 - 30 (S/16)
This week my waistline 47 inches and just 5 inches away from breaking out of the multiple X's.
